The prices of real estate in the capitals of middle and eastern countries of EU are rising rapidly, reports European web builten EUbusiness. The arrival of foreign investors and better standards of local citizens are the so called culprits for the situation. The new wind can also be sensed even in dull and gray apartment settlements at the suburbs of Warsaw, Prague, Budapest, Bucharest, Sofia and other capitals. Ljubljana is not mentioned by EUbusiness.
