In case you are a Mediterranean type, you should head towards Primorska and purchase an apartment or a house in that area. Piran and Portoroz, just two out of many beautiful coastal cities await you.

Is it complicated to buy or rent propety in Slovenia?
Things have changed in Slovenia very much, especially since Slovenia became a member of the EU. It is a lot easier now to buy property in Slovenia and to obtain a residence permit.
